在windows下配置react native。8081端口server启动，但是chrome访问不到，请问为什么？

win下配置react-native。
使用命令react-native start 服务启动

然后访问

http://localhost:8081/index.android.bundle?platform=android
就提示我无法访问。。。

请问这是为什么？
如果环境配置有问题，会开启服务吗？
