uwsgi 启动报错bind(): Permission denied

查了好久,没有找到解决方案
下边是nginx配置

有些是说SELinux,但是ubuntu15上没有这个程序
还有说那个nginx配置用户,我注释掉了

你应该看看日志文件的，看看8001那个端口有没有被占用
