按照描述：
fatal: Could not read from remote repository
这个应该是git的报错，表示对远端git库无操作权限
（估计是git库路径配置有误，否则不至于连read权限都没有）
如果问题在此，可按以下方式探索：（我不确定使用https的git仓库会不会引起此报错）
检查_config.yml文件下
deploy:
type: git
repository: git@github.com:username/username.github.io.git的配置是否正确
然后按github的git clone教程

使用ssh模式中，配置ssh秘钥。
权限问题，你换个目录，比如/User/hexo应该就可以解决了。
顺手把.deploy_git删掉
