Android studio中，dependencies的项目无法下载
Error:Could not HEAD 'https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/github/dcendents/android-maven-plugin/...'. Received status code 400 from server: Bad Request
Enable Gradle 'offline mode' and sync project
所有类似的项目都没办法进行下载，我已经开了VPN翻墙了也不行，求大神赐教！
把 gradle 的 bin 添加到 path，在项目根目录下 输入 gradle，之后在 AS 里 sync
