如何获取UINavigationController的引用？

有UINavigationController A, A 的 rootViewController为 B, B中按钮点击push到UIViewController C。 （通过IB实现）
现在我想在C中获取A的引用，以便我在C中push到另外一个UIViewController D（通过代码实现）, 要怎么做？
