关于2015愚人节google网页和URL反转实现方法

如题求方法，虽说chorme是自家的，想怎么玩就怎么玩，可是IE上也能正常解析https://com.google/，为何？

1. .google 域名合法。其实 com.google 只是指向了 https://www.google.com/?igu=2
2. 页面上的技术实现也很简单，利用 css 对整个页面做了一下翻转：
