这是你的github用户名配置有问题吧，好好检查一下你的配置文件。
你这是在要求输入github密码时，打不开设备节点/dev/tty，导致无法输入用户名密码，因为你用的是windows，不存在该设备节点。
不知道你用的部署工具是不是hexo-deployer-git？现在应该解决的这个问题吧，不行的话，可以来github汇报问题。
