sae版thinkphp怎么读取storage图片

在sae的storage新建了一个名字叫uploads 然在新建了个文件夹image 里面放了1.jpg图片
然后上传图片没问题 关键是在html上面显示 文档说配置sae的专用配置 下面这个配置看不懂该怎么写
