gitlab 无法使用ldap登陆

输入ldap的密码后报错：

我的问题：

有人遇到过这个问题么？如何解决呢？
gitlab给的log（/var/log/gitlab/gitlab-rails/production.log）太简单了，如何修改log的level看到是哪里出现bug到时这个问题呢？
