PHP Requests POST怎么上传文件?

有没有人使用过PHP的Requests的POST方式上传过文件？

$data = array('file' => '@/tmp/test.txt');
$response = Requests::post(self::LOAD_URL, array(), $data);

这样使用总是报file empty，请问有人知道怎么上传文件么？
