`bower install` 具体是怎样运行的?

是有到 http://bower.herokuapp.com/packages 上下载在已经 ignore 好的文件吗?
还是单纯是 git clone --depth=1?

应该是 bower.json 里定义的 ignore 被排除，剩下的 clone。
