window下安装pyspider老是出错

我用pip install 安装pyspider，在安装到markupsafe时老是提示错误：

我尝试自己下载安装markupsafe也是报类似的错误，请问是什么原因呢

windows下安装pyspider是一件很费心的事情，之前安装过，搞半天才装上结果还是运行的时候出错，后来改在linux上，一切顺利，有可能的话，还是用linux吧
