ngx如何运用redirect

现在有

location = /index {
    rewrite ^ /godbless?$do=foot;
}

但是我的url发生改变，我想让indexTag去做这件事，然后让所有指向index的redirect到indexTag上
我需要怎么做啊，如何使用redirect呢
