为什么启动不了，而报错！
我试了很多次了，其它都没有问题。
如果注译这2行是可以正常启动的apache的。
我安装的是xampp-win32-1.8.2-3-VC9-installer.exe环境，
php5apache2_2.dll是它在php目录下原先存在的，没有另外下载。
PHPIniDir也尝试过修改为D:/xampp/php/php.ini，
但也同样不能启动apache！

如果没有php相关配置行正确的好，那端口方面应该没有错误。
建议现运行apachectl -t ，看看配置文件的检查结果。
另外，截图中的PHPIniDir设置明显不对，文件名称中少了.ini的后缀名。
