gitlab升级7.5出错

这个是按照官网直接搭建的，不过系统使用的是centos，https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/update/6.x-or-7.x-to-7.5.md，当执行到sudo -u git -H bundle exec rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production这一部的时候出现上图的错误，求大神指点。
