自己有一个阿里云的ECS（CentOS7），需要把项目放到上面去，但不想通过github，想直接在本地git仓库中添加远程仓库，直接push到ECS上。
在ECS中先创建了项目目录，并且初始化了仓库：$ git init
在本地仓库中添加远程仓库：
$ git remote add ECSmaster ssh://username@IP/~/path/.git添加好之后却不能push，错误信息如下：
$ git push -u ECSmaster master

远程仓库在初始化的时候,应该使用的是 git init --bare, 不知道你在进行创建的时候有没有加这个参数.
以及为何你的 路径最后的是 /.git ?
以下为我根据你的情况模拟的,但结果是正常的:
远程服务器上使用
git init . --bare创建一个空仓库.
在本地使用
git init .创建仓库后执行remote add以及push时的效果:

这种错误是出于git的一种保护措施 master->master 怕误操作
