文件下载按钮被迅雷响应后，JS事件无法触发

JS事件，当按钮被点击时，弹出层，但如果按钮链接指向的是文件下载地址，点击触发迅雷下载后，事件无法响应，层无法弹出来。

请问怎么解决此问题？让迅雷下载的时候可以触发事件弹出层。

你把下载移到事件中不就完了
