对python的编码没搞懂，2.7版本：
AttributeError: 'list' object has no attribute 'decode'
AttributeError: 'list' object has no attribute 'encode'
这是啥意思，要怎么解决？

decode和encode是str和unicode才有的方法,list是数据结构，数据结构里没有这个编码的
