操作系統是 OS X 10.11 Al Captain 吧。在這一代新引進了 rootless 的特性，鎖住了 /usr/bin/ 目錄。解決方法：不安裝在 /usr/bin/ 而是 /usr/local/bin/ 下：

sudo gem install --bindir /usr/local/bin cocoapods
