hibernate中不配置hbm.xml文件的话，能用Criteria查询吗？

hibernate中，我有一个bean。但是我没配置它对应的hbm.xml文件。
这样的情况能用Criteria的方式查询吗？

hibernate中配置映射可以使用xml或者注解配置，不管使用哪种，如果不配置，肯定不能使用Criteria
