css加载比较慢而已。嫌麻烦搞个简单的梯子吧
css js没加载出来，打开f12看看哪一些资源出了问题，一般来说，都是googleapis.com域下以及gstatic的加载未成功(由于墙,不过部分地区是可以的)，安装gooreplacer可解决
